Handyman for Maintenance and Repair in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance team in Ufa, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance tasks on our company's buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any issues or damages
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Order necessary materials and supplies for repair work
- Keep accurate records of all repair work completed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing repair work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia
