Indian Chef in Ar-Ruwais, English Speaking



Our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Indian dishes, as well as creating innovative and unique dishes for our menu. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Indian cuisine and has a strong understanding of flavor profiles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, and more
- Create unique and innovative dishes that showcase your skills and creativity
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Indian Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, including regional variations
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles and cooking techniques used in Indian cuisine
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth within our expanding restaurant group.
