Industrial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Remish, seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety standards
- Develop cost estimates for projects and manage budgets throughout the design process
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and present design proposals for their approval
- Research new materials, technology, and construction methods to incorporate into designs
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
