Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with filing and data entry tasks, as well as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. This position does not require prior experience, but proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. The selected candidate must be able to work independently and have excellent time-management skills. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer a free visa and ticket for our international employees. All nationalities are welcome to apply for this opportunity to gain valuable experience in an English-speaking work environment.
