Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Kaunas. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will use various tools and techniques to manipulate and visualize data, as well as communicate your findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data
- Identifying patterns and trends in data
- Developing methods for data collection and analysis
- Creating visualizations of data to communicate findings
- Collaborating with team members to interpret data
- Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large sets of data
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Experience working as a Data Analyst or related role
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries
