Waiter/Waitress for Fine Dining Restaurant in Washington


We are hiring a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Washington. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional service, has excellent communication skills, and is knowledgeable about different types of cuisine and wine. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the meal
- Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions with care
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell additional menu items or special promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about different types of cuisine, wine, and spirits
- Attention to detail in order taking and delivering orders accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy trays
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
