Job Title: Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the client’s needs and comply with safety regulations. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop plans and oversee construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Research new materials and techniques for efficient and sustainable design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail

Location: Akron, USA (open to Nepali or Kenyan candidates)

Salary: $1700 per month (part-time options available)
