Industrial Architect

Our architectural firm is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings and facilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect, ideally with experience in large-scale projects
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, OH (Indian candidates preferred)
