Construction Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Bungoma and we are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project teams including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any changes or modifications made

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry

Salary: 1200$
City: Bungoma
