We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Loader to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks or other vehicles, ensuring that they are properly secured and accounted for. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks or other vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Ensure all goods are properly secured and accounted for during transportation
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents
- Maintain an organized and clean work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and handling goods
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a Loader or in a similar role is an asset
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and recording of inventory
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1100 per month
