Loader for Construction Company in Nakuru, Kenya


We are a reputable construction company in Nakuru, Kenya seeking an experienced and reliable Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment at various job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, such as front-end loaders, to move materials around the job site
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and balanced to prevent accidents or damage
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working condition
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery as a Loader
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kenya

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The working hours will vary depending on the project schedule, but may include weekends and overtime. This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to handle the demands of heavy lifting.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
