Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web design standards and principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively.
