Junior UX Designer


As a Junior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients' websites and applications. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to understand project goals and requirements, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for problem-solving and a strong eye for design. Candidates must have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to effectively communicate their ideas to both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and needs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure project goals are met
- Participate in design reviews to gather feedback from stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Continuously seek ways to improve the user experience through usability testing and data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- 1+ years of experience in UX design or related role
- Proficient in wireframing/prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on mobile applications
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience conducting user research
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
