Sales Manager - Ufa, Russia



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Create and maintain a customer database
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage but not required

Compensation:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
