A reputable construction company in Washington, USA is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to project needs
- Perform daily inspections on crane systems and equipment before operation
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with the ground crew to ensure smooth and efficient lifting operations
- Maintain accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and any incidents or accidents that may occur
- Coordinate with the project manager to determine the appropriate location for crane placement based on load weight and site conditions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited program or organization
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for our employees.
