Executive Chef - Fine Dining
Our upscale restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our fine dining kitchen team in Atlanta. Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and incorporate new and innovative dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest quality and standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff in culinary techniques, safety procedures, and proper equipment usage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Creative flair for menu development
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Fluent in English
