Information Security Analyst


As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of our organization's computer systems and networks. You will be tasked with identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents. This is a contract position with an expected salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect potential security threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement necessary security patches
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including performing root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and technologies in the field of information security
- Train employees on best practices for data protection and security awareness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security or a related role
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Indian nationality preferred)
