Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Atlanta. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using specialized software
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment. Salary will be based on experience.
