Land Surveyor - Malayalee

We are a leading land surveying company based in Kaunas and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for various construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$, suitable for Malayalees with experience in land surveying. English language skills are not required for this position. Accommodation will not be provided, but we do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze and interpret survey data to create detailed maps, drawings, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate information for project planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports as needed

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Able to work on a contract basis with a salary of 1200$
- Proficient in operating surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
