We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine the precise location and measurements of various structures and land features. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS systems and drones to map out the terrain and create accurate reports for construction or development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment
- Collect and analyze data to determine precise location and measurements of structures and land features
- Create detailed reports and maps for construction or development projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in survey results
- Maintain records of survey data, including notes, sketches, and photographs
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in using GPS systems, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
