Personal Trainer (Malayalee)


We are hiring a qualified Personal Trainer to join our growing team in Lusail. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, providing guidance and motivation, and ensuring their safety during workouts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to effectively communicate and motivate clients of all ages and fitness levels. This position is open to Malayalees who do not require English proficiency, have little to no experience, and are seeking opportunities with accommodation, free visa, and ticket included.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, health history, and current fitness level
- Develop personalized exercise plans based on client goals, needs, and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure clients are performing them safely and effectively
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, education, and feedback to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust workout plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Basic understanding of health and fitness principles
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency not required)
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Willingness to learn new exercises and techniques
- Prior experience as a personal trainer is not required but is considered an asset
