Part-Time Typesetter


We are seeking a part-time typesetter to join our publishing team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various publications such as books, magazines, and newspapers. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to specific publication guidelines
- Proofread and correct any errors in formatting or spelling
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality publications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Stay updated on new technologies and software used in typesetting industry

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a typesetter is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Proficiency in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility with schedule for occasional evening or weekend work

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.

Location:
Vianden, Luxembourg. This position is open to Canadian citizens living in Vianden or willing to relocate.
