We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Albena, Pakistan. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of cranes to move and lift heavy objects on construction sites or in industrial settings. You must have a strong understanding of crane operations, safety regulations, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints and rigging diagrams to determine the best position for the crane
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure safe operation
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials or objects using crane controls
- Communicate with other workers on the ground using hand signals or radio communication
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane to ensure proper functioning
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and rigging diagrams
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
