Nepali-Speaking Moderator for Online Community (St. Petersburg, Russia)



We are seeking a Nepali-speaking moderator to join our growing online community in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user activity on our platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and promoting a positive and engaging environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with users through comments and discussions to promote a positive and respectful community culture
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for growing the community and increasing user engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience moderating online communities or social media platforms preferred
- Familiarity with current trends in social media, particularly in Nepal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
