Malayalee Chef in Siauliai

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team in Siauliai. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Malayalee dishes, as well as creating new and innovative dishes that cater to the tastes of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Malayalee dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Create new and unique dishes that showcase the flavors and ingredients of Kerala
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established standards
- Monitor food supplies and stock levels, placing orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality standards are met
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible to work in Siauliai

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Siauliai, Lithuania (relocation assistance may be provided for non-local candidates)
