Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sofia. This full-time role is open to all candidates, with a salary of 1700$. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a passion for the construction industry.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports for senior management on project status and budget updates
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to discuss progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
