Construction Project Manager - Sofia, Bulgaria


We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager for our growing construction company in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones
- Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Communicate project updates effectively to all stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports for upper management
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Fluency in Bulgarian language
