Preservation Architect
Location: Utena, Lithuania
Salary: $1400 per month
We are seeking an experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting research, designing plans, and overseeing construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures.
- Create detailed plans for preservation and restoration projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Work with contractors and other professionals to ensure the quality of work.
- Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor project budget and timeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience working on historical buildings in Lithuania or Eastern Europe.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.
