We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken appliances, etc.
- Conduct inspections and identify any potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Install and maintain equipment and appliances.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Own set of tools preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

This position is based in the beautiful seaside town of Albena in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be currently residing in Albena or willing to relocate.
