The ideal candidate will be a Nepali national with no English language requirement and no experience necessary. Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and CNC lathes to produce precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speed, and feed rates for various materials
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality (or willing to relocate)
- No English language requirement (basic English skills preferred)
- Basic understanding of turning principles and processes (training provided)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
