Project Manager - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project progress and any potential issues or changes
- Coordinate with team members to delegate tasks and track progress
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any concerns
- Identify potential risks or challenges and develop contingency plans
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Proficient in project management software/tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello

Salary:
1100$ per month

Location:
Ufa, Russia

Preference:
Filipino candidates preferred due to language proficiency.
