We are seeking a highly organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a household and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the residence
- Manage household staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with outside contractors as needed
- Plan and manage events or special occasions hosted at the residence
- Keep track of household expenses and create budget reports for the employer
- Maintain inventories of household supplies, groceries, and other necessary items
- Run errands for the employer as needed
- Ensure the security of the residence at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and household maintenance procedures
- Ability to manage household staff effectively
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be able to legally work in Ar-Ruwais
