Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books, a strong knowledge of library management systems, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires proficiency in Malayalam or Tagalog, as we serve a diverse community of Malayalees and Filipinos.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain library collections, including cataloging, shelving, and inventory management.
- Assist library patrons with locating materials, checking out items, and answering reference questions.
- Develop and implement programs and events to promote literacy and engage the community.
- Collaborate with other librarians to enhance services and resources offered.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the library field.
- Train and supervise library assistants or volunteers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting.
- Proficiency in Malayalam or Tagalog.
- Strong knowledge of library management systems and cataloging practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
