Fitter - Industrial Equipment Installation (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are a leading industrial equipment installation company based in Izhevsk, seeking a skilled and motivated Fitter to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and assembling industrial equipment on various worksites.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams to determine equipment installation procedures
- Install, assemble, and align various types of industrial equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, etc.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other necessary tools to complete installations
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on site
- Communicate with team members and project managers regarding progress updates

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter or related position in an industrial setting
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is required; experience with welding is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (B1 level or higher)
- Valid work permit for India with ability to obtain visa sponsorship for Russia
