English Speaking Moderator for Online Platform in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions on the platform in real-time
- Ensure that all content posted by users complies with community guidelines
- Engage with users to maintain a positive and respectful online environment
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and report any issues or violations to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving user engagement

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Comfortable working with technology platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends

Preferred:
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Familiarity with current events and cultural trends in the United States
- Experience working with international teams or communities

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington, D.C.
