Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This includes working with materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing and functional building exteriors.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior facades on buildings
- Work with various materials including glass, metal, and stone
- Ensure that facades are installed according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure quality workmanship
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation or similar field preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of construction principles and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using appropriate safety equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Los Angeles, USA (Preference for Indian nationals)

Employment Type: Full-time with accommodation provided
