Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to design plans
- Repair and maintain existing building facades
- Perform inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks effectively
- Work at heights using proper safety equipment and procedures
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress updates or any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in facade installation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in facade installation/repair
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hand/power tools used in facade installation/repair
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1800/month

Location: Los Angeles (with accommodation provided)
