Entry Level Barber
Location: Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking an entry level Barber to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for men's grooming and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide consultations on desired hair styles
- Perform haircuts, trims, and shaves using clippers, scissors, and other barbering tools
- Style and shape facial hair according to client preferences
- Provide scalp treatments and massages for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Keep up-to-date with current men's grooming trends and techniques
- Upsell products and services to clients to increase revenue

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Completion of a barber training program or apprenticeship preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures for barbering tools
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month with opportunities for commission based on performance.
