Job Title: Collector for Debt Recovery in Eldoret, Kenya



As a Collector for Debt Recovery, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that all debts are paid in a timely manner and to maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers via phone, email or in person to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and discussing payment options with customers
- Keeping accurate records of all communication and transactions with customers
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment
- Developing strategies to minimize the risk of non-payment in the future
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all debt collection laws and regulations
- Providing regular reports on debt collection activities and progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a collector or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
