Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility, drive sales, and maintain displays in retail stores. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions about product placement and inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for various products
- Ensure all retail stores have proper product displays that meet company standards
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and inventory levels
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Train and coach store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Track competitor products and pricing to stay ahead of market trends
- Maintain relationships with key retail partners and negotiate favorable display locations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English required
