Moderation Coordinator - Dickirch
As a Moderation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the moderation processes and ensuring that all content on our platform meets our quality standards. You will work closely with the moderation team to provide guidance and support, as well as manage day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have experience in moderation or content management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the moderation team and ensure all content is reviewed in a timely manner
- Train new moderators on company policies and procedures
- Monitor moderation queues and ensure that all flagged content is properly addressed
- Communicate with other departments to address any issues or concerns related to content
- Continuously review and improve moderation processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide feedback and coaching to moderators for ongoing improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in moderation or content management preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
