We are a leading manufacturing company in Pula, Kenya and we are seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to produce precision metal parts according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in turning, milling, and grinding techniques and the ability to read technical drawings. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner
- Proficiency in turning, milling, and grinding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines including lathes, grinders, mills, and drill presses
- Set up and adjust machines according to engineering specifications
- Read technical drawings to determine the correct settings for the machine
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed
