We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Vilnius. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and we offer flexible working hours to accommodate students or those seeking part-time employment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in body repair, preferably in a professional workshop setting
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Good communication skills, fluency in English is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage on vehicles and creating repair plans accordingly
- Performing body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, welding, sanding, painting etc.
- Ensuring that all work is completed within given timeframes and meets quality standards
- Communicating with customers regarding repairs needed and providing cost estimates
- Maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment
