Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the Los Angeles area. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You will also be responsible for managing project teams, communicating with stakeholders and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Create detailed project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and inspections are completed
- Oversee project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Manage project teams including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
Salary: $1200/month

Location: Los Angeles
