Warehouse Supervisor

We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of warehouse workers and ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to create and implement efficient processes to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of stock
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods
- Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding orders and shipments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management
