We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Siauliai. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Planting and maintaining flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs
- Watering plants and lawns
- Fertilizing and applying pesticides as needed
- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf
- Designing new garden layouts or improving existing ones
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any issues or diseases
- Ordering necessary supplies and equipment for gardening tasks
- Managing a team of assistant gardeners

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Physical strength to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Good communication skills to work with other team members or clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Horticulture or related field
- Experience managing a team of gardeners
- Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices
