Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform various construction tasks. You must have a valid biometric passport and be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a full-time job with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so the ideal candidate should already have housing in Akron or be willing to relocate at their own expense. This is an urgent position and we are looking for experienced individuals who can start immediately. Preference will be given to applicants of Indian nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Load and unload materials using heavy machinery
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly stored

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to understand and follow project plans and instructions
- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
