Information Security Analyst


Our rapidly growing tech company in Akron is seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and ensuring the security of our systems and networks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data
- Monitor networks and systems for any potential security breaches or threats
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Investigate any security incidents or breaches and recommend solutions
- Train employees on proper security protocols and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a secure infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or related field
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, encryption, and other security technologies
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
- Knowledge of industry best practices for information security management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to obtain necessary work visas for employment in Egypt

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Security or related field
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Experience working with cloud security platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. GDPR)
