Sales Manager
We are hiring a Sales Manager for our company in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish relationships with clients, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, and we provide free visa and ticket for international candidates.
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets
- Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Building strong relationships with clients to increase customer base and revenue
- Identifying new market opportunities through market research and analysis
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products/services to clients
- Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify new opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Fluent in English (required), knowledge of other languages is an advantage
