Online Consultant (Canadian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As a Canadian national, you will be responsible for providing online assistance and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. No English language skills are required for this role. This is an urgent opportunity, so candidates with their own visa will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
- Utilize online chat tools to communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
